Overview

In the last few years the public sector in the new EU Member States and in the acceding countries has been undergoing dynamic changes triggered by the pressure to  reform and meet EU requirements. Efforts have been made to restructure the administration and to build employees’ capacity, preparing themto meet the new challenges and to apply qualitatively new approaches in performing the administrators’ official duties.
